These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC (“Company”) and the purchaser or participant (“Client”).
By clicking “Buy Now,” entering payment information, enrolling in a Program, accessing materials, or otherwise using the services of Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained herein.
1. Scope of Services
Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC provides coaching, consulting, mentorship, educational programs, digital products, memberships, trainings, live events, downloadable materials, and related services (collectively, the “Program”).
Specific Program details, inclusions, pricing, and duration are described on the applicable sales page, checkout page, invoice, or related promotional materials at the time of purchase.
2. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer

Client understands and agrees that participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific business, financial, emotional, personal, or professional result.
Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding earnings, business growth, audience growth, financial success, client acquisition, visibility, or any other outcome.
Any testimonials, examples, or results shared are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future results.
Client acknowledges that outcomes depend upon many factors including effort, implementation, experience, market conditions, consistency, and personal circumstances.
3. Educational & Consultative Nature of Services
Client understands that all services are educational and consultative in nature.
Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation, business practices, financial choices, legal compliance, emotional wellbeing, and results.
Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC and its members, directors, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, affiliates, agents, and representatives are not acting as licensed therapists, psychologists, attorneys, financial advisors, accountants, medical providers, or investment advisors.
Nothing contained within the Program constitutes legal, medical, psychological, tax, financial, or investment advice.
4. Assumption of Risk
Client voluntarily participates in the Program and accepts full responsibility for any risks, consequences, or outcomes associated with participation.

Client agrees that they are using their own judgment and due diligence in applying any information or strategies provided through the Program.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.
Company’s total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client to Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC for the applicable Program.
6. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of:
(a) Client’s participation in the Program;
(b) Client’s business decisions or actions;
(c) Client’s breach of this Agreement; or
(d) Client’s misuse of Program materials.
7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All Program materials, content, recordings, frameworks, teachings, methods, systems, strategies, downloads, templates, documents, videos, audios, written materials, branding, and proprietary information are the exclusive property of Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC and are protected under United States and international intellectual property laws.
Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use only.
Client may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, share, teach from, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise disseminate Program materials without prior written consent from Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC.
Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or non-public Program information.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and may subject Client to legal action.
8. Community Standards & Program Conduct
Client agrees to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally within all Program spaces, including calls, messaging platforms, online communities, social groups, live events, and digital platforms.
Client may be terminated from the Program if, in the sole opinion of Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC, Client’s behavior, conduct, communications, or business practices are disruptive, disparaging, abusive, defamatory, inappropriate, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights or reputation of Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC.
Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC reserves the right to remove any Client from the Program or associated communities without refund.
9. Payments
Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the selected Program.
By submitting payment information, Client authorizes Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC to charge the selected payment method for all amounts due under the selected payment plan or pay-in-full option.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Should Client fail to remit any payments on time and fail to promptly correct the situation, Client may be terminated from the Program and immediately responsible for the remaining balance due under the Agreement.
If payment is not received within 3 days of the due date, a 5% late fee may be assessed.
For payments more than 5 days late, additional 5% late fees may continue to accrue until payment is received in full.
Late payments exceeding 14 days may also be subject to an additional 15% late fee.
Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC reserves the right to suspend access to the Program, revoke access to materials, remove Client from the Program, accelerate remaining balances owed, and pursue collection efforts or legal remedies for unpaid balances.
If Client utilizes international wire transfer or telegraphic transfer, Client is responsible for all exchange rate differences and banking fees.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Company reserves the right to suspend access to all Programs, memberships, materials, and services pending resolution.
Client remains responsible for all outstanding balances and any associated collection costs, legal fees, or administrative expenses permitted by law.
11. Recordings & Media Release
Client understands that portions of the Program may be recorded.
By participating in the Program, Client grants Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC permission to use recordings, screenshots, testimonials, written comments, photographs, video, audio, likeness, and statements for educational, marketing, promotional, and business purposes without compensation unless prohibited by law.
12. International Clients
Client understands that it is their responsibility to comply with all laws, regulations, tax obligations, internet restrictions, and business requirements applicable within their jurisdiction.
Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC makes no representations regarding the legality or applicability of the Program within any jurisdiction outside the United States.
13. Force Majeure
Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, illness, internet outages, technology failures, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or emergencies.
If any portion of the Program must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond Company’s control, Client will not be entitled to a refund but will retain access to the rescheduled Program or applicable replacement services.
14. Termination
Company reserves the right to terminate Client’s participation in the Program at its sole discretion for breach of this Agreement, disruptive conduct, misuse of Program materials, non-payment, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Client shall remain responsible for any outstanding balance owed at the time of termination.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puerto Rico.
Client expressly waives any right to jury trial or removal to federal court where permitted by law.
The prevailing party in any legal proceeding arising from this Agreement shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Client and Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, communications, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
17. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Program offered by Corrina Dawn Steward, LLC, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
